Shipping Charges
We ship to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS or FedEx Ground. Your parcel should arrive within 5 to 7 business days between Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM eastern time. Please see the charts below to estimate the standard US shipping charge for your order.

Order Tracking
For FedEx and UPS orders, we provide you with a tracking number via email.

Shipping to Post Office Boxes
We ship via FedEx and UPS so we need a physical delivery address. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Returning Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know as we want to take care of you. Special orders including fabric orders are not returnable. Please contact us before returning an item.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging. Please ship everything, including any correspondence, using a prepaid, traceable and insured method to:

Exchanges, Store Credits & Refunds
Please note that special orders, sale items and shipping fees are not refundable. For other unused items in their original package, we are happy to exchange an item or offer you a store credit. We will also provide a refund in the form of a credit to your account for credit card purchases, or a mailed check for cash, check or debit card purchases.

Damaged Items
We pack our items well, but damage can happen in transit. If an item is damaged, please let us know within 15 days of receipt of item so that we can help you with your claim. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims made after 15 days.
